Yes! I freaking did it by training myself to become this badass who is disciplined in life and business. This is a challenge! But write down what your morning routine is and start marking it off every single morning as you conquer the day.

Yes! I freaking did it by training myself to become this badass who is disciplined in life and business. This is a challenge! But write down what your morning routine is and start marking it off every single morning as you conquer the day.

Discipline is a practice everyone knows and has already thought since childhood, but only a few truly understand. It is one of the keys which can make someone successful if used on a daily basis. Being able to be disciplined in any aspect of your life can for me make or break you. Let’s face it; discipline is very hard to master. I wake up and I’m going to be disciplined to have a schedule, but then I get a crazy phone call that throws off my actual schedule and I need to be working on something else and then I may also get a headache or that makes it sound like I get a ton of headaches. Now, how to practice discipline?

My Morning Routine…

[00:05:41] So I take my lists, I wrote down what I want in my routine to be. I wanted my routine to be — I wake up at this time, I brushed my teeth, get ready, all this stuff. By that time I will be walking my dog, then I will go to the gym, then go home to do yoga, meditate, and then get ready for the day. That was my complete morning.

[00:06:26] In this spreadsheet, and I’d actually hand wrote it cause I like color coding and I feel like when you handwrite something, it means more sometimes, especially when it comes to being able to instill a routine, discipline yourself, and getting in that routine of this is what I’m going to do.

My Afternoon Routine…

[00:07:22] Then I added to my afternoon routine — just making sure like I take my vitamins, my digestive enzymes and vitamins that are afternoon vitamins for the afternoon meal. Yes, it’s necessary for me to remember that. So I take my vitamins, eat dinner by this time and then I did have a go to bed by a certain time so that I can maintain my routine. So if that means going to bed earlier or waking up earlier and getting uncomfortable for a week or two, it’s necessary to discipline yourself and get into that routine and maybe being able to do that, you’re going to maintain your drive. You’re kicking ass in your goals, you’re doing this, you’re doing that, you’re getting more energy from exercising; you’re spending more time with your children. Whatever that routine that you build, it’s going to make you better, stronger and more.

Give your 100%…

In building discipline, you should give your 100% in that. If you’re not fully vested in whatever you’re doing, you’re doing it wrong. You’re not succeeding and you’re missing out discipline! if you’re disciplined and you’re showing up every day the way you’re supposed to be in every aspect of your life, you are going to rock. Because you’re showing up in every part of your life 100% and having the discipline and feeling like you have full control may sound a little crazy, but having that full control, we’ll make everything in life seem easier.
